The Keep Pace app is designed to estimate ones finish time on the famous Grouse Grind trail and both sets of stairs at the beginning of the Coquitlam Crunch! Additionally, users will have the ability to estimate their finish time during any 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon event. This is all done at the click of a button and without the use of GPS, which saves battery power.

This app is simple and easy to use. Hence the motto: "Keep It Simple, Keep Pace". All you need to do is choose your race or trail, press start, and click corresponding buttons as you reach various markers along the way.

Choose between racing casually or beating your best time within each mode. Furthermore, users have the option of racing with "Pro Mode", which prevents the user from pausing the running time for a more accurate estimated finish time. Other functions include tracking your previous race times in the activity log, changing unit measurements (Kilometres / Miles), and sharing your finish times with friends and family.

Our goal is to use fitness as a catalyst for change in the lives of as many people as possible. We believe that Keep Pace can make this goal a reality by inspiring people around the world to be more active, participate in more races and keep the body moving.
